Now that summer is over, kids are bored with summer activities. You probably could not out of the pool in June, but now they do not want to get wet. Them back into the water only requires a little more planning and organizing now. With the right incentive, your kids will be back soon – lots of practice and have fun. Here are some ideas for games of pool party and pool party themes:

Pool Party Games:

Play pool tag. Works the same days in the water – a person she is and has to swim to the other brand.

Play the color of swimming: A person is “it”. This person is in the middle of the pelvis and has to turn his back so that they can not see the other players. Each of the other players need to think of a color. If “it”, says color, then that player has in the past researchers to swim and try to get to the other side of the pool. A person who can “it” is not turning – they listen to the sounds of someone to swim and head in that direction, to identify them as they go.

My personal experience.

I remember my first experience at the beach when I was a little kid, I was petrified! I never had the advantage of growing up in a family to love the water. The closest they came to taking a bath in the tub and in my early years surrounded by water were pretty discouraging. Fortunately for me, a close friend of the family of the kids my age at the local pool, where we learned to swim would lead. Once I lost the fear and intimidation of the water, I soon discovered that there is no other place I’d rather spend my free time at the pool or beach. Today I look back and I am eternally grateful for our family friend to me, to introduce the joys of swimming, but also taught me to swim.
