Thanks to Three Imaginary Girls' Chris Estey, who said in Feb 2006 review, The shimmering beauty of such timelessly heartbreaking underground pop bands as Guadalcanal Diary has been reincarnated in The Swim Team, with all the mystery, romance, and fire of its forebears. Juice For Jesus is one of the most refreshing Seattle debut albums you'll hear.--quite an honor to be reviewed by the much-loved three imaginary girls! Thanks, Chris.

Listen to us on Steve.fm Steve's anice guy in Seattle, who plays a whole lot of stuff.

Podsafe Audio's Ben McCombs said in a recent review, Thoughtful and competent in their songwriting and execution, their debut album, Juice For Jesus is startling good, especially considering the band has been together for little more than a year. Most bands at the year mark are half as competent and a third as interesting as The Swim Team.--thanks, Ben, for the thoughtful review!

we were featured on Seattle and Beyond podcast #21 in July and Sleeperberth Cast on Novermber 5.

Mallie at south of mainstream, wrote us up for their site on Sept. 19, 2005. She says, "With leading man Amos providing the songwriting and lead vocals, Lari banging away at the bass and backing Amos, and drummer Adonis (yeah...he's apparently sidelining as a Greek god) keeping things at pace, they're a band I intend to keep my eyes and ears on."--thanks for listening, Mallie!
